Cookie notice
Last updated: 31 August 2026
The public marketing website
The current public website at www.simplyanswered.co.uk does not set first-party analytics, advertising or preference cookies. There is therefore no marketing-cookie consent banner to dismiss.
Security and delivery
Cloudflare sits in front of the website to provide TLS, traffic delivery and protection from abuse. It may use strictly necessary cookies or similar security signals if a visitor or request needs to be checked. These are used to keep the website secure, not to build advertising profiles.
The SimplyAnswered portal
The signed-in service at portal.simplyanswered.co.uk is separate from this static website. It uses a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in and protect account actions. The portal explains its processing in the portal privacy notice.
Future changes
If we add non-essential analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this notice and ask for consent before setting them where the law requires it.
Your browser controls
You can block or delete cookies using your browser settings. Blocking necessary portal cookies will prevent sign-in and other secure account functions from working.
