For plumbers, electricians and tradespeople

Let calls follow a clear plan while you are on the tools.

Your business number can ring your usual mobile when you are open. If you cannot pick up, use voicemail or an optional AI receptionist to take the job, location and callback details.

BUSY

CLOSED

A simple trade call plan

Decide the outcome before the next call.

The assistant is optional. A normal number with forwarding, hours and voicemail works on its own.

1

Set your working hours

Callers follow your open route during those times and your closed route outside them.

2

Choose when your mobile rings

Use your existing mobile or landline; no extra handset is needed.

3

Give missed calls a next step

Use voicemail or let the assistant take only the details you ask for.

Trade questions

Keep the assistant inside your rules.

Can it quote prices?

It can repeat call-out fees or guide prices that you have approved. Tell it to take a message when a job needs inspection before you can quote.

Can urgent calls reach me?

You can ask the assistant to choose the right saved UK transfer number when the call matches the instructions you set. If you do not answer, the saved fallback still applies.

Can it take job details?

Yes. It can collect the caller’s name, address, problem, preferred time and callback number for you to review. It should not promise a slot you have not confirmed.
